High in the hills above Lynchburg, VA, Kaelin & Micah had the most divine mountaintop wedding! This day could not have been more delightful! Kaelin the bride, and my oldest daughter Savannah were college roommates! Oh, my head…how is it time for my daughter’s friends to be getting married? Anyhow, when it came time for this dear friend to marry her college crush, I was truly honored that she chose me to capture the big day! Kaelin’s elegance and grace were effortless! Micah’s style, sense of humor and patience put him in the running for the Best of groom’s award. Christ is the core of this couple, and it radiated throughout the day! The wedding planner may have had a baby just three days before the wedding, but thanks to so many wonderful people the day went off as one of the most treasured weddings in all my twenty years photographing them! Whether it was the hilarious and heartfelt speeches, the gracious and gorgeous bridal party or the glowing magnificent mountain sunset!
